Our center is designed to bring people together to support each other in the practice of mindful meditation and yoga.
Classes run throughout the week, and all are welcome – from complete beginners to the very experienced.
The center is a peaceful and calm space with several spaceous yoga and meditation rooms. We have plenty of mats and meditation cushions, so no need to bring your own. We also have a kitchen stocked with teas and coffee, so feel free to hang around after a class enjoying a drink with others in the community.
